Pricing and billing

Your first 2 accounts are free, with no card needed. After that it's usage based: you pay per connected account, only while it's connected, plus a few cents per X post. Every feature is included at every size.

Connected accounts

You pay for each social account you connect (an Instagram account, a Facebook Page, a YouTube channel, and so on). The price per account drops as you grow, and each step only applies to the accounts in it:

AccountsPer account, per month
1–2Free
3–10$5
11–100$2.50
101+$1

Every workspace gets a $10 credit each month, which covers your first 2 accounts. So with 2 or fewer you pay nothing, and you need a card only to connect a 3rd.

5 accounts all month

  • 5 × $5$25
  • Monthly credit−$10
  • Total$15

12 accounts all month

  • 10 × $5$50
  • 2 × $2.50$5
  • Monthly credit−$10
  • Total$45

150 accounts all month

  • 10 × $5$50
  • 90 × $2.50$225
  • 50 × $1$50
  • Monthly credit−$10
  • Total$315

Only pay for what you use

Your 3rd account is charged when you add it, and that day becomes your billing date. Each account you connect after that is charged right away for the days left in your billing month, then it's part of your monthly charge. Disconnect one and your next charge goes down. Nothing to switch on: connecting and disconnecting in Post Social is enough.

Example: you have 4 accounts ($10 a month) and connect a 5th halfway through your billing month. You're charged about $2.50 that day, then $15 a month from your next billing date.

X posts

X posts are billed by use: 2¢ a post, or 25¢ when the text has a link. The first $1 of X posts each month is free. Reading posts and stats costs you nothing.

You set a monthly X cap on the Billing page ($10 to start). The Billing page warns you once you've used 80%. At the cap, X posts pause until the next month and say so in the post's result; your other platforms keep posting. Without a card, X stops at the free $1.

Tip: leave links out of X posts (put them in a reply or your bio) and each post costs 2¢ instead of 25¢.

Cards, invoices and cancelling

Add a card on the Billing page. Payments are handled by Stripe; Post Social never sees your card. Manage billing opens Stripe's page, where you change your card, download invoices and receipts, or cancel.

Each invoice lists your accounts by price step, the $10 credit, any changes during the month, and last month's X posts. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days and your posts keep going in the meantime. Cancel any time: you keep the rest of the month you paid for, then the workspace goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted, but posting pauses until you're down to 2 connected accounts or add a card again.

Only the workspace owner and admins can change billing. Questions or more than 2,000 accounts: support@postsocial.xyz.
